Gentleman was friendly and quick to repair the chip. He also explained the insurance would refund the £40 over payment I was making on the day, within a month. While this is still due, it's down to slower processing of requests during the pandemic.
Absolutely brilliant service....I can't speak highly enough of Paul. New car with less than 500 miles on the clock, stone hit the windscreen, 3 hours later, I went to a supermarket car park where I knew Optic-Kleer were and 20 minutes later, the chip was repaired. Unless I am about 1 inch from the windscreen, I can't see any evidence that there was a chip there and that involves me looking for it. Phenomenal service - my advice is this, should you be unfortunate enough to suffer a windscreen chip, use Optic-Kleer. I have used another well known company and they left a 'scar' and while I appreciate every chip is different, the repair job was much more superior this time around.
