Super easy! John was very approachable and happy to answer any questions. There was no pressure at all, and the whole experience felt very relaxed and force-free.
Jason did a great job on repairing a pretty nasty stone chip which had spread into a spiders web. On the day he saw the damage he declined to carry out the repair as it had been raining with water ingress in the chip. Jason provided a clear sticky patch to stick over the chip when it had dried out. I returned the next day and Jason carried out the repair successfully and to the best of his ability given the damage.
