I’m very pleased to finally have the 2 chips in my windscreen repaired and also have a good chat with Mike who made the repairs. He was helpful, friendly and efficient in his work, patient when I couldn’t find my insurance details (and had a small panic I wasn’t insured), but most of all, he did a great job. Thanks Mike!

I visited Morrisons in Ipswich and noticed Optic‑Kleer operating in the car park, so I spoke with Mark Gentry about a chip in my windscreen. Mark was extremely helpful from the start. He explained: What the repair process involved Whether I could claim through my insurance How long the repair would take The cost with and without insurance Because it was a Saturday, Mark couldn’t fully confirm my insurance coverage at that moment, but he assured me he would check on Monday. I decided to go ahead with the repair. When I returned, the windscreen was repaired and I paid for the work. True to his word, Mark contacted me first thing Monday morning to confirm that I was covered under my windscreen insurance. The amount I paid — minus the insurance premium — was promptly reimbursed. Mark was an absolute professional throughout the entire process. Clear communication, honest guidance, and excellent service.
