Great service phoned up in the morning to the main number and spoke to kind lady. To find my local lowestoft time slot and aranged a time suitable for me gave location .and said who im meeting ."" I arrived to site on the time frame given. Colin was great and friendly and sorted details out with me .very easy process to do .and left car . Came back 25 mins later to a repair sorted done .!! Great work thank you for this.

We saw the Optic-Kleer stand in Sainsburys car park in Southampton on Thursday afternoon. We had got a small chip in the windscreen the week before on holiday in Devon. We asked the guy if he could have a quick look. He did, and said the chip was starting to crack but could be repaired there and then. He explained it would be £65 if we went private, or £50 if we did it through the insurance and we would get £40 back, so would end up just paying the £10 excess. I popped home, 5 minutes away, to get our insurance details. He was very friendly and took about 25 minutes to do the repair, and said Optic-Kleer would sort out everything with the insurance. He seems to have made a very good job of it, there is now just a tiny mark within the glass. We went home. A little while later we received an email receipt and a warranty for the repair for as long as we own the car. On Monday morning we had an email from the insurer saying a cheque for £40 was on its way. The cheque arrived Wednesday and I paid it into our bank. The cheque cleared overnight. Overall excellent workmanship, customer service and making sure we are happy with everything. Thank you.
