Pulled up to ask advice on my windscreen chip, price, wait time etc. Was flabbergasted to be told they could do it immediately, it would take 20 minutes, and it wouldn't cost me anything as my insurance would cover it, without any penalties or losing my no claims discount. Extremely happy with the repair which is barely visible, and service which was very informative and helpful. Great guy.
