Paul was very professional and approachable. He was honest that the chip on my windscreen might not be repairable due to its position, he explained the possible risk and outcome. After consideration I decided that Paul should attempt repair. With his skill and patience he successfully repaired the chip. I also didn't have to deal with insurance claim as he sorted that all out for me. What a star, I would highly recommend.
I had a windscreen repair company, sent by my car insurance company, asess my chip a few years ago, the engineer stated that he couldn't repair the chip because it was never the edge of the glass. He was, however, prepared to replace the windscreen! Approximately 2 years later I saw an Optic Clear engineer in an Asda car park n Workson who I asked whether he could repair my chipped windscreen. His answer was yes, consequently i contracted him to proceed. The resultant repair was great! I highly recommend this company to undertake anybodies windscreen repair.
