Kev ,who was in Retford Morrisons was very helpful ,it was heavy sleet and rain and he was there working his magic on our windscreen ,he talked us through the proceedings and was very knowledgeable about what he was doing . The weather was atrocious but he carried on with a smile and he must have been frozen . You have a good colleague working for you .
